Premium Listing
Our premium listing is perfect for the homeowner looking to put that extra spark into the sales process. For a flat rate of $6,500, you receive everything that comes with our basic listing, plus a handful of other great marketing elements, such as a virtual tour of your home, a floor plan and dimensions, twilight photos, aerial photography, unlimited open houses, targeted social media ads, custom website for your property, as well as premium brochures and yard sign. With our premium listing, you’ll be setting your home up for fast and effective sales success.
